Reporting violations of the Code of Conduct

Every employee is required to report violations of the Code of Conduct to their line manager or the Compliance Officer. Such reports can be sent to compliance@hainzl.at. Receipt of the possible violation via this e-mail address will be confirmed within 7 days. Final feedback will be provided within three months after the report has been processed and thoroughly reviewed.

WHISTLEBLOWING

Indications of legal violations

Whistleblowers are invited to submit information on legal violations relating to the areas specified in Section 3 HschG (e.g. public procurement, product safety, environmental protection, data law, corruption or bribery) to the internal reporting office at whistleblower@hainzl.at. Receipt of the report will be confirmed within 7 days. Final feedback will be provided within three months after the report has been processed and thoroughly reviewed.
