HAINZL supplies the entire hydraulic equipment for a continuous casting plant. The entire scope of delivery comprises the hydraulic supply including valve controls, 48 actuating cylinders with servo control and oscillating cylinders.

HAINZL carried out a test setup and software simulation to test the performance and functionality of the actuating cylinders. In this way, potential problems could be eliminated before the cylinders went into actual operation. Servo valves from MOOG, which were specially developed for this application, were installed. Commissioning on site was carried out by our trained service technicians.
