As of January 2025, two HAINZL subsidiaries in Germany and Slovenia will operate under new names.

FRANKONIA Antriebstechnik GmbH from Wolframs-Eschenbach will become HAINZL Motion & Drives GmbH. Majority-owned by HAINZL since 2012 and wholly owned since 2019, the company is sending a strong signal for the future with this change of name. Daniel Gerlach will take over the local management in Germany in January 2025.

At the same time, the Slovenian subsidiary TOK d.o.o. will also become HAINZL Motion & Drives d.o.o. The new Managing Director, Marko Hrovat, will take over the management of the subsidiary, which has been part of the HAINZL Group since 2021.

One brand, one mission: the name changes strengthen the affiliation with the HAINZL brand and the shared brand promise. At the same time, the international locations benefit from the bundled expertise within the HAINZL Group.

Oliver Lüth, Ecutive Manager of HAINZL Motion & Drives, will continue to act as Managing Director for the international subsidiaries and drive forward the successful cooperation between the locations.
