HAINZL is supplying 14 energy-efficient units for coil lifting trolleys for the transportation of coils for a major customer in the field of logistics solutions for high-bay warehouses. The compact units enable the coils to be lifted and lowered, with maximum attention being paid to safe holding during transportation when designing the hydraulic control system.
Thanks to the use of energy recovery, the units are extremely energy-efficient and can be designed to be very space-saving without an additional cooler. The separate installation of the head and lifting axle enables flexible adaptation to different operating conditions. The units can perform up to 50 lifts per hour and have a maximum lifting capacity of 50 tons. They are leak-free, suitable for harsh environmental conditions and offer a modular/scalable system for reliable performance under different conditions.
