HAINZL is allowed to carry the ineo certificate for excellent training companies in Upper Austria for another three years. For the re-certification, our numerous measures and initiatives to further improve our training were evaluated:

• new mechanical apprentice workshop with CNC lathe,
• intensive onboarding,
• courses for personality development,
• development talk with talent promotion,
• one day of special leave for "apprenticeship with Matura",
• healthy company restaurant,
• free climate ticket as HAINZL Green Deal,
• individual coaching as needed,
• internal taster sessions in other areas possible,
• internal lectures by experts,
• numerous apprentice events for team building.

We are very pleased about this recognized and important certificate.
